8 Months

Here are a few pics and a quick update on our little angel at 8 months.....As Christmas is just around the corner I'm sure I will have many more pics coming soon.

*Colbie's newest accomplishment is clapping, it is quite adorable and she is so proud of herself each time!
*After having fluid in her ears we have gone backwards at sleeping through the night.  After many nights of Jon and I being up for about 3 hours and attempting to rock/bounce/sing her back to sleep we have started the "cry it out" method (now that her ears are better but the bad bedtime habit is still here).  This is of course very difficult for me, but we think it's working.
*Loves looking out the window and watching the birds/squirrels/cats moving about
*Has started some table foods which she doesn't love as much as baby food
*Can't get enough of herself in the mirror and in pics.  Loves smiling for any camera
*Is starting to get more hair, but still no teeth
*Still unsure of her eye color, they look greenish-brown right now
*Getting close to crawling (hopefully not until after Christmas)
*Nurses 5 times per day and eats baby/other food 3 times per day
*Weighs approximately 15 pounds

We were finally able to get all three baby girls together last week.  Finley (Charise), Charlotte (Beth) and Colbie and I.  It was super fun to see Charise (a friend from high school) and her three girls.  Paige who is 6 took this photo for us.   A little off center but pretty good!  We hope to see you all again soon=)
