Landon and Cooper

Over the Christmas holiday we were lucky enough to meet two new special babies!  It's a bit of a tradition for my fabulous friend Mike (from high school) to come over on Christmas Eve.  This year we were able to meet his lovely wife and new baby boy for the first time.  Cooper was just 10 weeks old and absolutely loved Jon.

We were also able to meet Landon who was just one week old!  Thanks so much Brooke and Connie for squeezing us into your very busy Christmas, it was so great to see all three of you, we love you!

Vancouver Christmas

Vancouver was our final Christmas event and it was lots of fun.  By the last day Colbie (and Jon and I) were really ready to head home, but overall it was a great visit.  Colbie met many family members from the Ryan side and enjoyed spending lots of time with her cousin Ryder, Auntie Cole and Grandma.

Arizona Christmas

Christmas in Arizona went better than expected, Colbie did great!  The plane ride was exhausting for Jon and I because we fully entertained her the entire time, but she was a happy girl.  We even had people comment on how great she did.

She was of course the center of attention at Christmas this year.  Jon's grandparents and close relatives had not yet met Colbie so she received lots of attention.  She did well being held by lots of new people and enjoyed staying very very busy.  She even slept well in the hotel.  We put her in the bathroom=).  It was dark and quiet in there and it allowed Jon and I to watch TV and actually talk past 7:30pm.

Our 1st Christmas

We are traveling for Christmas this year so we did our Christmas at home a little early.  I know she won't remember it but we had to do something fun!  We opened gifts then went to Bellevue for dinner and to Snowflake Lane..... It's a Christmas show outside for kids with fake snow, drummer boys, Christmas music, and lots and lots of people.  To our surprise it went smoothly.  Colbie did great and we had a blast.  This may become a tradition for us, but next year we will shoot for a week day to avoid some of the crowds, crazy parking garages and long wait for dinner.
Colbie's first gift.  She was excited but not really sure what to do with it

Of course she put it right in her mouth

She started getting the idea, but we mostly unwrapped everything for her

Colbie loves books!

Trying out her new elephant toy

Just as we were walking out the door to Snowflake Lane we realized Colbie had pooped through her clothes=)
Better at home than once we got there.  We had a quick bath before heading out!

Colbie wore her Pj's.  Sitting on Dad's lap for dinner at Z'Tejas.

Meeting the Ice Princess

Love this pic: I look way too excited, the polar bear doesn't know where the camera is and Colbie is trying to get a really good look at the strange white bear!

A little cold but having fun

Best view in town, it pays to have a tall Daddy=)

Colbie spent most of the show mesmerized by this drummer boy
