Leavenworth with The Annett Family

Jons parents and Michelle’s family joined us in Leavenworth this summer for a very hot and fun family trip. We hadn’t seen Michelle and her family since Covid began so it was so nice to see them and have the kids play together. We went tubing, horseback riding and enjoyed the beautiful house we stayed in with a hot tub! 

Girls Trip

For Kristin’s 40th birthday we did a very fun and relaxing girls trip since we were all finally vaccinated! It was such a beautiful location and the weather was amazing. It was so great to spend time with two of my very favorite people!

Colbie at 10

Colbie turned double digits this year and she definitely earned it!  She has had to become very independent and self sufficient this year.  She has been on her own so much during on-line learning and has conquered so much.  She has definitely had very lonely days, and days she spent more time watching u-tube than on zooms, but overall she learned some major organization skills, time management, many tech skills and so much more!  We are so proud of how she has handled this challenging year.  

Colbie continues to be a leader.  She is determined, competitive, strong, smart, feisty, loving and loyal.  She loves soccer, screen time, being with friends, animals (especially Bolt), and sleeping in.  

This beautiful lady is loved by many!

 

Colbie's Potion Party

Colbie decided she wanted to have a potion party sleepover!  She had so much fun and was very excited to have a party this year (even if it was with just two friends).  They had so much fun making potions and surprisingly slept great!

Soccer

Colbie was very excited to play soccer again (even if it included wearing a mask)! She was also happy to play on Scarlett’s team this season.
