Colbie's Award

This year has been so exciting for our little girl.  She has truly shined in Kindergarten.  I feel so lucky to have been able to volunteer (with Ashton) each week to watch her thrive in the school setting.  We absolutely adore her teacher and are forever grateful for the experiences, academics and love she has provided to Colbie.

Colbie has never been an easy child to parent (and still isn't).  So when I received the email letting us know she would be receiving the Principal Award on the last day of school, I felt so proud and excited! I also may have cried a little... The Principal award is given for excellence in academics as well as behavior.  We are so proud of this lady and how she has grown and matured the past year.

The Mini

You know you're old when you're excited to buy a mini van! Here's ours. A brand new, super clean (not for long) Chrysler Pacifica. So exciting!

Memorial Weekend

We are loving this sunshine and took full advantage of it this weekend.  We spent the day at Green Lake, went paddle boating, went to Picnic Point Beach at low tide, had a BBQ with friends and went to the splash park multiple times.  Come on Summer!!
